With so many entertaining and educational school assemblies and library shows for kids, it’s easy to forget I also perform library shows meant specifically for adults. And why not? We adults like to be entertained. We liked to learn new things, hear stories about our local landmarks, and experience that same thrill as those young and vivacious elementary school children. Until now my adult shows were geared towards horror-loving thrill seekers who want their socks scared off. Obviously scary stories and artifacts don’t appeal to everyone.
