YES, middle schools need character education assemblies too! Because I’m so passionate about this topic, I’ve created a special middle school character education  assembly program. This program is called “Stand Up, Stand Out.” It’s filled with incredible Criss Angel-style magic that appeals to middle school students.

This school assembly is designed specifically to captivate middle school students.

The “Stand Up, Stand Out” middle school program is appropriate for grades 5-8. It runs for 40-45 minutes. I’ve framed this show around the idea of “magic words to live by” and it includes the following key points:

• The value of INTEGRITY
• HONESTY and why it matters
• RESPECT: How you have to give it in order to get it
• Social Media: A cautionary tale!
• Why it’s important to embrace the idea of continued EDUCATION
• How it’s okay to ASK for help when you need it!
• And much more!

The messages in this school assembly program are important and relevant to middle schoolers facing a variety is issues today. But the students won’t pay attention to them unless I make it fun. As with my other school assemblies, the magic and fun captivates the students and illustrates concepts and lessons in the program. And the fun and magic is on their level on their level.

Here are a few examples of what your students will experience:

• One student solves a Rubik’s Cube with their eyes closed to illustrate diversity
• A ‘danger game’ with one student shows the importance of self-discipline
• One teacher reads a student’s mind in a dramatic way to show why it’s okay to ask for help
• A startling effect with a black smudge mysteriously appearing on one student’s palm illustrates a cautionary tale of why the Internet is not the best source of information
• Four students play a game showing why honesty truly is the best policy

Every school I’ve ever visited has stressed how much they love how interactive my programs are. My show involves the entire audience and I get a DOZEN students directly involved in the show.
